Panos is President and Managing Director of Johnson & Johnson MedTech. He joined the company in 2017 and has extensive experience in the fields of Healthcare, Commerce and Construction. He began his career at KPMG and later held key executive positions in companies with an international presence, such as Amazon and J&P Avax.

He initially joined Johnson & Johnson MedTech as Finance Director and, in 2020, was promoted to Director of Strategy and Development, where he played a decisive role in the design and implementation of the company's strategic plan, with a particular focus on digital medical technology solutions. During his tenure he significantly contributed to strengthening the company's commercial performance in Greece, while also leading business operations in Cyprus.

He is a member of the Executive Committee of the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and Vice President of the Medical Devices Committee.

Panos has multicultural experience, having lived and worked in 7 countries. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Essex, an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, and has attended Executive Education Programs at Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
