Compliance & Ethics

The SEIV Compliance and Ethics Sector strengthens the sector’s collective approach to issues of regulatory compliance, transparency, and ethical business practices.

The Sector operates as a space for collaboration and exchange of experience among compliance officers of member companies, leveraging the expertise available within the sector.

Within the framework of its activities, the Sector contributes to:

• monitoring developments in the European and national regulatory framework
• formulating common positions on ethical issues
• sharing best practices among companies
• enhancing transparency and accountability in collaborations with stakeholders

At the same time, the Sector participates in the dialogue for aligning national practices with the principles of the European MedTech Code and promoting high standards of ethical business conduct.
